Delivery Policy

We’re so glad to bring fresh, seasonal flowers from our Ninderry farm straight to your door. Here’s how our delivery service works, so you know exactly what to expect.

Delivery Days

We deliver on the following days each week:

• Monday
• Thursday
• Friday

Weekend delivery is available for orders over $150 and for pre‑booked weddings and events. Saturday and Sunday deliveries are limited, so we recommend booking early if you need flowers on a weekend.

Delivery Fees

Our delivery fees are based on travel time from our farm:

• 0–20 minutes: $20
• 21–30 minutes: $25
• 31–35 minutes: $30
• 36–45 minutes: $100

If you’re outside the 45‑minute radius, we can usually still help — just get in touch and we’ll chat through options and any additional fees.

Delivery Times

To keep our flowers fresh and our routes efficient, deliveries are made within set windows:

Monday, Thursday & Friday:

• 8:00am–10:00am
• 2:00pm–4:00pm

Saturday & Sunday (where available):

• 8:00am–10:00am

If you have a time‑sensitive delivery (like a farewell, celebration, or event), please let us know at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

If No One Is Home

If no one is available to receive the flowers, we’ll leave them in a safe, shady spot at the delivery address whenever possible to keep them fresh. If there’s a preferred location, feel free to add it in the notes at checkout.
