Welcome to Woods Goods Flower Farm. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By browsing the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our Flowers
We grow seasonal blooms on our farm in Ninderry, QLD. When needed, we also partner with local and Australian growers to provide fresh, beautiful and more sustainable flowers.
Farm Gate Pick Up Days
For all pre-orders, you can pick up your flowers Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–4:00pm, from our farm at 218 Ninderry Rd, Ninderry. Pre-orders will be placed at the farm-stall stand with your name.
Our farm is also our home. You may see our white staffy, Snowy. If you’d prefer not to be around a dog, please message us before you arrive and we’ll secure him.
Delivery Days
Our regular delivery days are Monday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday and Sunday delivery is available for orders over $150 and for pre-booked weddings and events.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are based on travel time from our farm: 0–20 minutes: $20; 21–30 minutes: $25; 31–35 minutes: $30; 36–45 minutes: $100. Delivery beyond 45 minutes can be arranged by discussion and may incur additional fees.
Delivery Times
Delivery times (Mon/Thu/Fri) are 8:00am–10:00am or 2:00pm–4:00pm. Saturday and Sunday delivery (where available) is 8:00am–10:00am only.
Substitutions & Sizing
Flowers are seasonal and weather-dependent, so availability can change.
Because of this:
- Photos on our website and social media are a style guide only.
- Colours, varieties and sizes may vary depending on what’s in season.
- We’ll keep the overall style, value and feel of your chosen design.
- Substitutions are made thoughtfully to suit your arrangement.
Flower Variations
Every bunch is unique. We’ll work with what’s blooming on our farm (and, where needed, from trusted growers). We’ll do our best to honour your requested colour palette and overall style, however specific flower varieties cannot be guaranteed.
Your arrangement will always be:
- Made in the requested colour palette and style
- Made with fresh, high-quality blooms
- Crafted with care and creativity
If you have specific requirements (for example, allergies or “must-have” varieties), please contact us before ordering.
Order Changes, Refunds & Cancellations
We understand plans can change. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Changes/cancellations before sourcing: If we haven’t harvested, arranged or purchased flowers for your order, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations.
- No refund after harvesting/purchasing: Once flowers have been harvested, arranged or purchased specifically for your order, we can’t offer a refund (flowers are perishable and costs are already committed).
Quality issues: If there is a genuine quality concern, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery/pick up and provide photos so we can assess and offer an appropriate remedy (for example, replacement where reasonably possible, or a partial/full refund where required).
Exclusions: We may not be able to offer a refund or replacement where issues arise due to circumstances outside our control, including improper care, storage or handling after delivery/pick up.
We’ll always do our best to be fair and transparent, and to find a practical solution. We also need to account for the time, labour and materials that go into each order.
Wedding & Event Orders
Weddings and events require planning, pre-ordering and reserving blooms well in advance.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and confirm your booking.
- The deposit covers administration, planning time and early sourcing of flowers/materials.
- The remaining balance is due 14 days before the delivery/pick up date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If you need to make changes, we’ll work with you where reasonably possible. Please note that some varieties and materials may already be ordered, and seasonal availability can’t be guaranteed.
By Ordering with Us
When you order from Woods Goods Flower Farm, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Flowers are a natural product and may vary in colour, size and appearance.
- We may make substitutions where necessary due to seasonality, weather or supplier availability, while maintaining overall style and value.
- Delivery/pick up timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control.
Pricing, Payments & GST
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices may change from time to time. If GST applies, it will be included in the advertised price unless stated otherwise. Orders must be paid in full before delivery/pick up unless we agree otherwise in writing.
